With our 30-Day Returns policy, we promise that you'll be happy with your purchase. It's simple - if you are unsatisfied, we will make it right. So, no matter what your reason is, customers can return items up to 30 days from the order's delivery date.
- First, contact our Customer Service Team. They'll need your name, order number, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Next, our Customer Service Team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that should be written prominently in the address portion of your return package. (Items returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a return)
- And finally, return the merchandise via your preferred shipping carrier. Make sure your RMA number is clearly marked on the return label and package and return it to us at the address below. That's it!
- Within five days of receiving your return, we'll inspect the shipment and apply a credit to the payment method used for the original order, or ship a replacement item to you at no charge. Whatever you decide.

Because of the nature of our products, we DO NOT resell any products that are returned to Pink Apple. We do not resell returned products to guarantee that our products are of the highest quality and safe for use.
All Bulk and wholesale orders are final and are unable to be returned once the package has been opened. We will setup a return if you received defective or you accidently received the wrong products.
Pink Apple cannot issue credits for products damaged in transite to Pink Apple warehouses. Some credit cards may take up to 10 days for a credit to show on your account, so please allow up to 14 days for the credit to be applied. PayPal users may see separate transactions for the authorization, actual charge and refund. Please look for the refund transaction before contacting us. Pink Apple does not charge restocking or service fees.
